BUPA Great Manchester Run

In the five years since its first staging, the BUPA Great Manchester Run is now recognised as one of the World's premier 10k running event.
Past champions include the greatest distance runner of all time, Haile Gebrselassie; the world marathon record holder Paul Tergat; Ireland's finest ever athlete Sonia O'Sullivan; and Chicago marathon champion Berhane Adere. Away from the elites, the race sees an all-star cast of celebrities and thousands of charity and fun runners taking part to raise money for charity.
