Black Kids

US indie rock band Black Kids formed in 2006 and began playing shows as a supporting act for more established bands in their native Jacksonville before making a breakthrough in mid 2007 for their performance at Athens Popfest.
The band released their first EP - Wizard of Ahhhs - in 2007 featuring the songs "Hit the Heartbrakes", "I'm Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How to Dance with You", "Hurricane Jane" and "I've Underestimated My Charm (Again)".
They will be performing at Manchester Academy 3 in June ahead of the release of their debut album in July.
